1. What payment options do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, PayPal Invoice, Coinbase Commerce, and wire transfer.
If you would like to pay using your debit or credit card, please choose "PayPal Invoice" as your payment method at checkout. We will send you an invoice via PayPal and you will be given the option to pay using your debit or credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account.
If you would like to do a wire transfer, please contact us prior to placing an order and we can arrange the transfer with you.
Coinbase Commerce gives you the option to use the following cryptocurrencies:
Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Dai, USDC (USD Coin), and Tether.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically you can expect to receive your order in 4-6 weeks on average. It can be as few as 3 weeks in some instances or as many as 8 in others. However this is rare. We will update you on the progress along the way and provide you with factory photos before your order ships out to confirm everything is correct. Order times may vary slightly depending on holidays.
3. What shipping methods do you offer and how much does it cost?
Firstly, everything on Perfect Love Dolls ships free! UPS, FedEx, or DHL International Express shipping options are used by default and already factored into the price of your order.
4. Do you ship to my country?
Some countries ban the importation of sex dolls and we unfortunately cannot service those countries as it's beyond our control. Here is a list of countries we currently sell and ship to:
United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.
If your country is not on this list but you would like to purchase a doll from us and you're in a country where it is legal to do so, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you!
5. How will my package arrive? Will it be discreet?
Yes! Packaging is always discreet. You can expect a large cardboard box without markings or notations giving away what is contained within.
6. Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
If there is an issue with your order such as a defect, damage, or you received the wrong product, please reach out to us ASAP upon you receiving your order and we may be able to offer an exchange. We may ask for you to provide detailed photos and video if necessary. We will discuss what solution is best for your order dependent on the issue and will offer a replacement if necessary!
We are not able to offer returns due to the nature of these products.
7. Am I able to cancel my order once placed?
We typically begin processing all orders within 12-24 hours. If you would like to cancel your order and you contact us within 4 hours, we can issue you a full refund. If you would like to cancel your order but it has been more than 4 hours, it will incur a 10% restocking fee. If the order has already been put into production or if it has already been completed, we are not able to offer any cancellations.
We do not accept cancellations of orders that are placed for our "In Stock" dolls that ship pre-configured from our warehouses.
8. Do you charge sales tax?
We have to abide by local laws and are required to collect sales tax in the US state of New York.
