Damages and Order Issues
We make sure all of our dolls and accessories are thoroughly inspected before shipment and carefully packaged. However, if you have an issue with your order such as you received the wrong product or there is significant damage to your order and it is not at the fault of the customer, please contact us immediately or within 7 days of the delivery date and we will be happy to help. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work with you to come to a resolution. We may require you to provide photos or video of the issue.
We do not cover any user damage or if the doll has been used.
Returns & Exchanges
Regretfully, due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of your doll or accessory unless you received the wrong order or the product is damaged.
Cancellations
We typically begin processing all orders within 12-24 hours. If you have already placed an order, changed your mind, and you contact us within 24 hours, it will incur a 10% cancellation fee. If the order has already been put into production or if the order has already been completed, we are not able to offer any cancellations.
If you would like to cancel an order because of a discrepancy or error on the website, the cancellation will not incur any cancellation fee whatsoever.
We do not accept cancellations of orders that are placed for our "In Stock" dolls that ship pre-configured from our warehouses.
