Shipping policy

Everything on our site ships for free with a tracking number!

Production times vary greatly depending on the material and manufacturer chosen. TPE dolls generally take anywhere from 7-21 days. Silicone dolls can take anywhere from 15-35 days. Certain upgrades such as implanted hair, for example, lengthen the production time. If you are unsure about production time for the doll that you’re interested in, please send us an email at support@perfectlovedolls.com.

Please note that certain holidays extend the wait time while the factory and/or shipping services are temporarily on holiday.

Shipping times can take anywhere from 3-7 days and is often dependent on the carrier and your location. All orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or DHL using an express shipping method by default.

If you are ordering a pre-configured doll from one of our warehouses in the US or EU, your order will ship significantly faster. You can expect in-stock dolls to ship in less than one week!
